Ryan J. Rigby, RHU, REBC
Ryan Rigby Ryan has nearly 25 years of expertise in the benefits industry.  He founded Rigby Group Benefits in 1995 which is dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Ryan has his Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designations.  A resident of the western suburbs of Chicago, Ryan leads Rigby Group Benefits with honesty, integrity and a client centric mentality.  Further illustrating his belief in servanthood, Ryan served as a sergeant in the US Marine Corps from 1984 to 1991 and served our country in Desert Storm.  Ryan also serves the community and various organizations including a role on the Board of Directors of the Galaxy Soccer Club near his home. Ryan holds a black belt in Taekwondo and enjoys the outdoors.  Ryan’s career satisfaction comes from working with and helping his clients, Ryan’s philosophy is that when you Exceed Expectations, Everyone Benefits tm

 

  Mark Krogulski
Mark Krogulski Mark Krogulski, is a Partner and Senior Vice President at Rigby Group Benefits and Rigby Integrated Services. Mark is an expert in the industry and has more than twenty six years of experience. Mark sees his role from a comprehensive perspective; he has managed the sales and client service operations for national health and regional HMO plans and he has held senior consultant roles in the health and welfare practice with both Willis and Towers Perrin. His focus is working with employers who have several hundred to several thousand employees. He helps employers design effective employee benefit strategies that align with the client’s business strategy including refinancing of health benefits, communications strategies, regulatory compliance, risk management, wellness strategy and plan creation and effective deployment of HR technology. Mark is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Winona, Minnesota. He is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), the Valley Human Resource Association (VHRA) and Working in Employee Benefits (WEB)
